Below you will find answers to the most common questions we get asked about using Hudson Connect

How do I view my latest tax statement?

First click on the company you have been engaged through (if you have worked for a few then you might need to scroll down the page). You may also be asked to accept your terms and conditions before you can view your statements, if this happens scroll down to accept button. Then, go down to the Payment and Deduction Statements (below the purple section). Your details for the current tax year will be showing. From here you can view your payments, or to download/print a copy, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the relevant button.

If you have worked for more than one company, just go back to the list of companies and repeat the process above.

I need previous statements to complete my tax return

First click on the company you have been engaged through (if you have worked for a few then you might need to scroll down the page), go down to the Payment and Deduction Statements (below the purple section) and select the tax year you need (the background of the tab will change to white when you select a tax year). To download or print a copy of your statement, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the relevant button.

If you have worked for more than one company, just go back to the list of companies and repeat the process above.

The figures are zero – why? I can’t see my 2023/2024 figures.

We are now in a new tax year so when you first log in you will see the payments for the 2024/2025 tax year. This will change if a payment is made to you. 

To access your 2023/2024 figures go to the Payment and Deduction Statements section, click on the company you have been engaged through. Scroll to the Payment and Deduction Statements and select the 2023/2024 tab (the tab background will turn white once selected). 

How do I update my details? (Address/Email/Telephone)

Give us a call on 0333 360 4778 and we will do this for you. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for it to be updated on your Connect account.

My latest payment isn't showing

Hudson Connect is updated each day with any new payments, so if a payment credits your bank on a Friday, it will be visable on Hudson Connect from Saturday.
