Even though we’re the market leaders, you’ll never see Hudson Contract advertising in the national or trade press. And there’s a good reason for that . . . we prefer to spend our marketing budget rewarding existing clients who have experienced our service and are happy to recommend us to others.
And so far this year, it seems our clients – and their professional advisers – are happier than ever! We’ve given away Hudson Contract Rewards totalling £34,000 since January, ranging from £50, to a substantial £4,130 in September.
Ray Mabbett, from Ray Mabbett Accountancy in Southampton, is typical of those who participate. “Hudson Contract’s reputation is second to none,” he says. “I have total confidence in the service and I know for a fact you always put your customers first.” Ray is putting his Reward towards some new office furniture.
Rewards can be made out as a straightforward payment to you, changed for Virgin Vouchers, or Theatre Tokens, taken as wine, or for the bigger Rewards, put towards a day at the races. Cash is still king, but as we approach Christmas, we’ve noticed champagne and wine are becoming more popular.
