Hudson Contract Limited has given careful consideration to Section 54 “Transparency in Supply Chains” of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Our review has concluded that the services we provide are very unlikely to be affected by slavery, as are the supply chains of those we use for the purchase of administrative products or services from local businesses.
We do not procure any goods and services directly from any countries which are at a high risk of modern slavery or exploitation. Our first tier suppliers are solely based within the United Kingdom.
Accordingly, it has been deemed unnecessary for Hudson Contract Limited to take any detailed action in respect of this legislation other than raise awareness of the Act with our employees.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2020.
